She has a degree in Development Economics, a Master in Development Economics and International Cooperation. After the master she has spent a period in Burkina Faso and Niger to perform a data collection for the evaluation of three projects funded by the MAE. She has gained 3 years of experience in project management, the execution of contracts under the EU and in the preparation of tenders for major international donors (EU, WB, Belgian and French Cooperation, UNDP , etc). She thus gained solid expertise in delivering and ensuring quality of policy research and high-profile studies involving quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Proven ability in writing reports and technical notes. Demonstrated experience in advising the design and formulation, implementation, management and reporting, monitoring and evaluation of complex technical assistance, institutional strengthening and capacity development programs. Experience in socio-economic analyses related to the preparation of tenders, research and the selection of experts, as well as logistics management and financial management of technical assistance projects in Francophone countries.
